Through yoga, mindfulness and spiritual transformation, Chef/Captain Craig Hawley helps to feed the soul. And through his thoughtful culinary work, he also feeds the body. With plant-based and “alive” foods and colorful nods to nature in presentation, he reenergizes the world of food and self with his menus.

His career endeavors have seen many sides – but all have enjoyed a centered take on nourishment. As the owner of such Bar-B-Que Bistro, he brought dishes created from prime meats, free-range poultry, fresh fish and artisan cheese to the table, while his pop-up Fish and Fowl Supper Club turned unique spaces into exciting dining experiences.

Today he is found at the helm of his N’oreaster Expeditions, where he serves as a private chef/caterer and yacht captain. He creates bright and fresh meals with clean healthy ingredients in the fun, sophisticated style for which he’s known. His are new twists on eclectic flavors from French, Italian, Mexican, Mediterranean, American and Middle Eastern cuisines.

Chef/Captain Craig’s small plates of the night offered us big flavor – his take on charcuterie with fresh local meats, mussels harvested that morning, a grilled lobster with curry coconut sauce, and locally farmed asparagus.
