Sunset Point, Hull MA

The Sunset Point Project was a six-month long project featuring Host Parker Kelley’s own home. Parker and her partner Cap Allen fix, flip and build homes when not filming episodes of Home, Life & Style. During the Covid-19 lockdown of 2020, when filming regular episodes featuring private New England homes was not possible, Parker decided to film one of her own fix, flip, and build projects as a special 2-part Home, Life & Style episode. At first, she was just going to flip the home, but instead fell in love with the beautiful peninsula location and decided to make it her own home. The whole episode starts with the purchase and tear down and continues through the interior/exterior renovations and design and ends with a celebratory roof deck dinner party featuring local Chef and Restaurateur Brian Houlihan. Parker called upon many local businesses and people to help transform this pre-fab home. Below you will find excerpts from the two episodes with full conversations between Parker and the experts from these local businesses. Here you will find information, inspiration, and joy!
